Oceanside resident, Olivia Dunham was raised in Escondido and like most Southern California natives, never ventured too far. She obtained her real estate license in 2008 and brings over 12 years of experience in customer service and management. Prior to actively pursuing real estate, Olivia worked mostly for larger corporations and financial institutions. When recession hit, she decided it was time for change and began to pursue a career that more suited her lifestyle and would allow her more time with her family. Olivia is known for her exceptional customer service and ability to solve difficult problems. She attributes much of this to her attentiveness and ability to really listen and focus on what a person is trying to accomplish. For her, it is only when you are able to fully understand a situation and a person's needs that you are able to deliver the desired result. Because her main motivation is in satisfying the clients' goals, it is easy to see why the majority of her client base continues to grow through word of mouth and personal referral.
Olivia is currently attending The University of Phoenix and is scheduled to graduate in 2015 with her B.A. in Global Business Management & Communications. For the love of food & wine, she attended culinary school and you will still most likely find her in the kitchen when she is home. On the weekends she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her family, walking the dog or gardening. Olivia also coaches her step-sons soccer team, which she finds equally challenging and rewarding. She also volunteers for a local pit-bull rescue where she occasionally fosters dogs and provides assistance with adoptions and events.
